Location

This year's LKCE will once again take place in Hamburg's Curio-Haus. The venue is a charming 102 years-old event location in the neighborhood Rothenbaum. The Curiohaus was built in 1911 and was once used by artists for an annual carnival festival lasting many days. 

The building and especially its ballroom was fortunately spared from bombs in the second World War, and it became a court house for Nazi trials from 1946 to 1948. Today it is one of Hamburgs most famous event location and delights hundreds of people every year with its architecture from the early 20th century.

You will be delighted by this great venue and hopefully impressed by the long list of great speakers talking in its historical halls.
